Established in 2024, the goal of this scholarship was to give current SPT and SPTA's a creative outlet that could not only earn them scholarship support, but also act as a way to help inform those interested in coming into our profession of Physical Therapy! Hello! I am a 2nd year DPT student at MSMU. I got into PT because I found it fulfilling to be a part of a person’s journey through recovery. Eventually, I want to help the marching band community (I used to play drums and cymbals!) as I believe there is a need for PT. So far, I am interested in orthopedics and inpatient acute care, but I’m keeping an open mind! Besides being a student, I enjoy visiting different areas and trying new foods, spending time with my nieces and nephew, and running!
